I like it because it is a soft meal that melts on the palate, all the flavors of the earth mix and it is a hot dish that you have to dedicate yourself to preparing. What memories do you have of that? I have memories of going to my grandmother's house after a school day in winter, coming home and waiting for me with a hot and delicious dish, accompanied by a lot of salad.
